half time readmit policy
APP does not allow it, once you leave cannot come back in.
What's the policy at your school?

It was always allowed until we went FBS in 2012. They changed it but that only lasted one season after fan backlash.

At A-State, if you want to come back in....you certainly can. In fact, we'd like to drag you back in even if you didn't want to come back in.

South does not allow it. No problem for me, I have plenty of tickets for re-admit.

Georgia Southern does not allow it.

They USED to....but students used it to get reloaded during halftime then came back in and raised even more hell. I think a lot of teams complained and the policy got changed.

Idaho allows it. Honestly, you could easily get in without a ticket after halftime.

They have made me show them my ticket stub to get back in after halftime this year.

It's the first year they have ever done that, or at least the first year they have ever asked me.

As far as I know, GS does allow it. I was able to get back in after halftime at the TXST game. During halftime, I left and went across the street to South City Tavern and came back to the game a little into the 3rd quarter. They make staff stay at the entrances until after 3rd quarter I think.

RE: half time readmit policy
In the old days of Arkansas State football, the Ushers would quit just before halftime and the ticket booths would close. There were many times one could miss the first half and walk in without a ticket for the 2nd half.

Security has gotten tighter the last couple years.

Official policy is no re-entry.

I think Troy changed their policy to no re-entry last year.

We have a no re-entry policy but then again nobody leaves their seats at our games at the half.

They leave at the beginning of the third quarter instead.

This must be a Texas thing...you can leave and enter again at TCU games too. Always amazed me because Georgia Southern has never allowed it.

Not everywhere. UH doesn't allow it but that may be because of where the campus is.

GS used to allow it and they changed the rules. Not sure exactly when but you could come and go in the late 90's and early 2000's. As stated before, students would leave at half, pound several, and then come back locked and loaded for the 2nd half.

Got shut down when I attended early 2000's for various reasons. We also had to block off the area behind the visiting bench for awhile. It was a special time.

I'll be honest....I leave at halftime every single game and re-enter right before the 3rd.
