You have to realize you are dealing with a program whose team went 6-2 in conference last year, lost 34-14 to the 8-0 team and still said they were the better team.

Well, if the shoe fits.....

Nobody can say that Troy didn't play a damn good game tonight, because they did. They scared the piss out of most App fans.

But at the same time, we're being shamed for celebrating our win? I'm sorry, but if the shoe was on the other foot, Troy fans would be doing nothing but rubbing it in our faces. Troy played an excellent game and I wish them nothing but the best as the season moves forward, though.

I'm glad y'all took point in that regard. We could win out for two seasons and win a New Years day Bowl and we'd still be regarded as the second douchiest fan base on the conference message board.

Troy played their butt off. Total credit to them, especially after the first series where it looked like a landslide win for App. Their Dline is very legit and their secondary was all over our Wr's the whole night. They also traveled well. Glad to get out of there with the victory. Not sure we deserved it. But a wins a win.
