Thanks for the kind words. That was a wild and frustrating game to watch. Both teams need to figure out what defense means and USM needs to thank the ref for blowing the whistle prematurely on that fumble. Not that it would have meant TXST would have won.

It was an "inadvertent" whistle... Took away the fumble recovery for a TD and then 15 yrds from fran yelling at the official led to a USM TD. 14 point swing due to an"inadvertent" ******* whistle.

coach fran sort of screwed the pooch on that one. he was outcoaching us, and then lost his **** on what was probably a bad call.

He did that last year int he Navy game after a personal foul call against one of our players. Ended up giving them 30 yards.

Very classy fan, awesome to see. Kudos to both teams. It was a tight game. Definitely a fight.

Yes, it is. Coming from a fan of a team that's been FBS for a long time and one that has never been to our campus makes it so.

despite the score, I truly enjoyed the game against USM, and really enjoyed the series.

I hope it continues in the future.
