Big Games this week.
For a variety of reasons.

App @ Clemson: Great chance for App to showcase, regional buzz, but a very tough place to play.

Missouri @ Arkansas State: Home game that should be packed. Not many P5 home games for the Belt and a win would grab headlines, boost the conference standing and serve notice in the title chase.

Western Michigan & GaSo
#1 QB comes back for the Eagles next week, but one gets the sense that GaSo needs to right the ship with this game or put even more pressure on Ellison to come to the rescue.

GaSt @ NMSU: Like last year, because this is the first conference matchup, first place on the line. Panthers would like to wash the bad taste out of their mouths and avenge opening home loss to the Aggies last year. Sometimes, going on the road relieves the pressure on a team. However, the Aggies are visibly confident and the place will be packed.

Well going on the road might help um, at least most players play better in a noisy environment.

RE: Big Games this week.
I think most App fans, including myself, are taking the attitude hope for the best, expect the worst, watched Clemson yesterday, ya they were playing Wofford, but they still looked really good on both sides of the ball, their QB and receivers are really good, I would be disappointed if we aren't competitive into mid third quarter, I think we will move the ball and put up decent points on them, but as good as our defense is, I think its a tough for us to expect to hold them under 35.

Ya the penalty is four games, unless the player restores his standing ( takes summer classes? ), in which case it's two games.
