"UAB transfer" credited with causing or recovering fumble for GA State vs UNCC
I didn't catch the name but UAB was mentioned in identifying the player.
The UAB transfer wound up being mentioned several times as he made plays that kept GA State competitive. I think his name is Bobby Baker(#2). On offense, a WR Nyiekki Height (#5) from UAB caught passes as well.
Charlotte is leading at the end of the first period of its first FBS game 13-0.
Charlotte won by 23-13
Game is on ESPNU (DirecTV CH 208)

Missed that play, but Bobby Baker (now at GA State) just got kept Charlotte off the board with an INT!

He also had the fumble recovery. Always seemed to be around the ball on turnovers during his short stint at UAB. He got hurt(ACL) very early last season - only played 1st 2-3 games...

EDIT: I agree. We would have been in a position to win another game or two if he was around all season.
