Bad snap and hold.

Thanks.

Wonder how much that gets in the Kicker's head since I think it's the same guy as last year and it was his first kick of the year even if it was not his fault.

More than a couple times after that Talley opted to go for it on 4th and short rather than kick again. On the kick he missed Nova tried to take a delay of game to create a better angle, but UConn declined.

RE: CAA Week 1
I know voters generally don't knock a team for losing to an FBS program but, IMO, there is no way UNH should be #8. Save one long kickoff return, they did nothing to indicate they belong up there with Montana and NDSU.

(SJSU was terrible last season winning a mere 2 games after blasting North Dakota 42-10 in their opener.)

Still, with their schedule, they could still end up among the top 3 or 4 in the standings. They don't play Villanova or JMU this year.

Villanova and Elon both performed about as expected.

Stony Brook, not sure - though no question their defense looks pretty good again if they were able to hold Toledo to 16 for a half.

And props to the Keydets for shoving 36 points on Ball State, though in a losing effort. They competed quite well.

Yes, big props to the Keydets. Their QB looks really good. As for NH, it is another example of how the schedule screws the Tribe again this year. If we win the league, we will have earned it. Only Elon shapes up to be a potentially easy game. We are the only team that has to face all of the top contenders(Nova, JMU, NH, UR) and 3 of those are on the road. We don't get Albany or Rhode Island like NH does either.

Is there a reason we always seem to have one of the tougher schedules in the league? We always seem to miss Rhody and Maine during their down years. We always have to play New Hampshire and they're always good. We've missed a not very good Albany team the last two years. Before Towson got good they were only on the schedule sporadically. What gives? What is the scheduling procedure for the CAA?

Blue Hens lose 20-14! Does Jacksonville even offer scholarships? Listening to these homer announcers list excuses is hilarious

The last two years the schedules have been identical (with home/away flipped). This happened because of the realignment. It will go back to a rotating schedule next year. I don't know how they will do it though as far as who sees who every year.

Even though there are not two divisions, it will mirror a north-south scheduling set up. Expect to see Albany, Maine and Rhode Island next year.

6 games so far and as a league, 0-6 ( granted, most were on the road at FBS teams).

Trend should turn, I hope, today.

RE: CAA Week 1
Technically 0-5 since the Stony Brook game was cancelled. Would have thought we would have been 2-4 at this point with Villanova and Delaware wins but that's why they play the games.

Am only seeing 2 wins today. W&M versus Lafayette and JMU over Morehead State.

Losers should be Richmond (Maryland), Maine (BC), Albany (Buffalo), and Towson (ECU)

Spiders looking much better now, possibly driving for the lead.

Richmond QB doesn't look like he has a very strong arm.

Maine is in it at the half...only down 3-10 @ BC.

Richmond can't stop Maryland's running game. Well over 200 yards on the ground going into the 4Q.
