RE: CFN.com Bowl Predictions
I know this has probably been explained 1000 times here, but it is the NO Bowl's turn to take the conference champion unless the conference champ somehow makes the access bowl, correct?

Seems kind of upside down for GS to play in NO while UL plays in Orlando...

RE: CFN.com Bowl Predictions
My sincerest hope is that if the Cajuns aren't in NOLA bowl, then Texas State will be (assuming we are bowl eligible).

Anything else really doesn't make much sense. If the Cajuns aren't in NOLA, then that means they are the champs.

Sounds good to me. If I had to choose it would be between NO or Orlando. Playing a AAC team would be better though.

That particular NO Bowl "rule" was tossed out of the window long ago. The bowl wanted ULL there for the crowds...quite understandable...as long as they're eligible for post-season. If the bowl can't get either ULL or ULM then you'd see them work hard to get Louisiana Tech or Tulane to face an SBC opponent, so seeing the LaTech vs. GS matchup would not be a surprise.

Nope. Its a common mistake. New Orleans has first pick of the Sun Belt and can pick whoever the hell they want. If the Cajuns are eligible, go ahead and pencil them in for this spot unless Hudspeth raises a stink about getting to go somewhere else (Which would probably help the Cajuns somewhat, proving they can travel somewhere)

After New Orleans picks the Cajuns, Go Daddy picks, and they will take whoever inevitably beat the Cajuns out for the league title because Go Daddy wants to take the Champ as many years as possible. Once they finish, Camelia and Orlando will pick.

If Georgia Southern wins the league, they will likely go to Mobile, unless they raise a stink and want to go to Orlando. But I warn them now, screw over Go Daddy at your own peril. They carry grudges.

All bowls want to take whoever will make them the most money, they don't give 2 shts about the champion. Bowls want money, lots of money. Bowls =money....follow the money.

App and GS fans have no right to be picky about where we end up, if its Orlando, great, Mobile, just as good. Just be happy if we make any bowl game this year.
