Anyone that puts themselves out in the media spotlight on purpose should expect a little heckling. Heck Bruce probably does not give a crap. People are so thinned skinned these days it is pathetic.

When you offend everybody you are being fair, when you pick and choose you are being an ass.
As it stands, you can mock Jesus but not what's left of Bruce Jenner. Let that sink in.
Who gets away with mocking Jesus?
Jesus costumes are actually pretty rare. Priest/Nun outfits are common.
When I was younger, I would routinely attend a Halloween Costume Party in New Orleans. It was a lot of fun and there were absolutely no social filters whatsoever on the costumes (There was even a queen wearing a vivid pink Klan Robe with the label Mary Kay Kay Kay on it). But even there, the only Jesus outfit was with the homophobes protesting outside the venue. He was carrying a cross.
Actually, I'm not sure I've EVER seen a Jesus outfit at a Halloween party that I've been in attendance at. Has anyone else?
I've seen the Mary Kay Kay Kay costume as well. Being a male nurse you tend to know a lot of gays. I laughed my ass off at it.

Then you are welcome to start your own Halloween company. Apparently the owners of the company decided that it mattered to them.

It was probably the same person. The Halloween party thing in New Orleans attracts a thousand people from all over the South.
The amazing thing is that he walked through the streets of NEW ORLEANS at NIGHT in that outfit....

Tom. New Orleans loves a good costume and loves costume humor and satire. The safest place in LA at night in an MKKK costume is NOLA :)

He didn't seem concerned...I'd just be worried about someone color blind...who acted before he saw the writing on the back of the robe.
