I wonder if next time Geno will honor his commitments or pay back the money received from those commitments when he doesn't show.

The biggest shocker in all of this for me is that Brandon Marshall wasn’t able to play peacemaker. They traded for him because he’s great in the locker room, right?

I'm cool with the circus jokes, because this was a very Jets thing to happen. but they shouldn't be coming from any Pats fans after the offseason they're having. Not to mention they fairly recently handed $40M to a serial killer. Just putting that out there before Hoops piles on. 03-wink

BTW it appears Rice is getting a hard look from the Brownies.....

4 rings that can all be justifiably questioned and handed asterisks do not impress me anymore. For years Patriot RB's who were known for their ball security ended up having fumbling problems elsewhere. Not to mention, New England's record in home games has such a high statistical difference compared to its road record over the last 15 years that it cannot be explained by reasonable explanations.

I wonder why.

I sure wish when adults told me that cheaters never win growing up, they were the telling the truth. New England's true legacy will be that a bunch of dads will have to justify to their kids why they root for a franchise so lacking the ability to follow simple rules and which spits in the face of those rules when caught. Only a heavy dose of cognitive dissonance and this "us against the world mentality" allows Pats fans the convenience to ignore the truth of the matter: Yes, all franchises attempt to get a competitive edge one way or the other, but none have done it to the extent of, depended on it as heavily, or done so with as much contempt for the rules as the New England Patriots. Enjoy your fake titles.

Funny 08 and I'll take the bait. You did read that the NFL completely screwed up the leak by saying it was 11-12 balls when it wasn't? More professionals than not have said it's not a big deal sorry., I'll take their word over a jealous Jets fan. BTW, You do realize that after said issue was corrected in the second half they outscored the colts 28-0 with fully inflated balls right?

Look at the fumbling statistics of your RB's compared to the rest of the league over the last 10-15 years or so. It was determined that the chances of Patriot RB's avoiding fumbles at that rate (especially in a cold weather climate) without help were about 0.006 %. The Pats were caught for this issue once before back in 2004, then caught again. No one can reasonably claim they haven't been doing this for years and years and years.

And who knows what other methods they use. We know they gain an advantage at home by messing with opposing teams' radio equipment. What else?

Cognitive dissonance. That's your only escape. Pretty pathetic.

You realize that the Ball rule allowing teams to use their own balls went into effect in 2007 right?

BTW you realize that much of the stuff you have complained about has happened in your own house too right?

Haha, not the point. And a QB doesn't touch the ball "every" snap either
convenient how you ignored the rest of the stuff the Jets have been nabbed for. Glass house?

I hate Tom Brady. I openly admit such, obviously.

Okay. I feel slightly better now.

The good news is so does the NFL now. No more 15 yard flags just for giving Tom Brady a dirty look going forward.

I'm assuming you already had your draft?

I'm also assuming you're forgetting that every defense he plays this year is going to want to put his face in the turf. We'll see how long that "tour" last.

Ugggghhh...

The last FU tour resulted in 50 TD's, how well did it work for the D's that year?

RE: OT: NFL/Fantasy Football Discussion
ESPN reporting the Spygate scandal ran far deeper than originally thought. Goodell asked coaches to praise the league for their punishment of the Patriots in 2007. Also it was discovered that Pats employees stole the "first 20 playcalls" from opposing lockerrooms, and league officials were able to see firsthand that the Patriots disrupted opposing teams' headset equipment on key plays.

The Patriots are a cheating joke (hell, they even commemorate that snowplow cheating play from 30 years ago, the franchise has celebrated their cheating for decades), and the league covered it all up. In 20 years, Tom Brady will be a punchline.

This is all OLD NEWS. All this stuff came out in 2008.

Patriots were messing with the Steelers' radio communications again last night. They can't stop themselves from cheating.
