Yeah, the teams picking in that 6-10 range have an excellent opportunity. Lots of talent at the top of the draft that can be franchise-changing players.

I would like to thank Cleveland for taking Ward and Buffalo for trading up to take Allen. Without these two moves, Chicago doesn't get Smith!
I feel like drafting a QB is a crap shoot, so I don't have a strong opinion on the guys selected, or when/where they were chosen. The biggest top 10 surprise for me was Ward. Cleveland's not a piece away from competing for anything, so I feel like they would've been better served by selecting the BPA (Chubb), rather than need. As it turns out, they're on the clock and another CB with a 1st round grade, in Josh Jackson, is still available.
The draft has also played out pretty nicely for Chicago. The class is supposed to be weaker on top end talent, but has a lot of value in the 2nd-3rd where Chicago can take a need at positions that weren't heavily drafted last night (e.g. WR/CB), plus there are two sought after tackles still waiting. Would be smart for Pace to trade back in the 2nd to recoup a 3rd-rounder.
Hoops, the Sony Michel pick was interesting for New England. I was also glad to see Lamar Jackson get picked in the first. I think Baltimore will be a good situation for him.

DARNOLD!!! So happy. He's been my # 1 choice all offseason. Hell, he's who I wanted the Jets to tank for in the first place before the season even started.

Serves you right. lol
J/k. I did the same thing... but there was no way in hell I'd contemplate starting the Jets D/ST in that scenario. Both teams are largely garbage, but the Bills typically always show up for a game vs the Jets.

The Jets D was in the top 5 rankings last week of nearly every fantasy publication.
