The "Bucs" have restarted football, and there is no reason not extend them the same accommodations if in theory they were selected that hasn't been done for UNCC in CUSA, or South Alabama for that matter.

Why is App "unhappy?" The talk about a travel partner for App is for the other conference schools, not App.

Because some App fans seem to believe they were promised a travel partner when they joined.

Why the conference would offer up a non-benefit to you guys as an enticement to get you to move up is beyond me, but some of your fans believe that. It makes even less sense when you consider that I don't think WKU had departed at that time, meaning the conference was at 12.

My best guess? Benson knew WKU had a foot out the door and had already lined up Liberty to be the next one in, so he threw that out there as App's travel partner. When the presidents elected not to go with Liberty, Benson was left looking like he promised something and didn't deliver.

I get that, but I doubt our admin would have made such a big decision based on a promise from Benson. I don't buy that angle. Just as I don't buy that our admin are as concerned about travel costs as our fans. The admin knew what they were getting into. The move was calculated.

Come on... You know that random fans (and even some pretending to be fans) on a message board are the total representation of a school and it's admin, fans, team, and even alumni!

I was trying to point out how silly it was to think that even Benson PROMISED App that a travel partner would be given to App (it was directed at the fans who thought we should get App a travel partner because "it was promised").

EKU will perform a test on alcohol sales this fall. Do any Sun Belt schools sell alcohol inside their stadiums?

Yes, several I think. USA sells beer at Ladd-Peoples (off campus) and beer is sold on campus at the baseball and basketball games.

My understanding is both Louisiana schools do, I also believe on top of the Jags Troy also does. Astate recently was approved to sell beer and liquor in suite levels (the bible/alcohol thumpers, who already are throwing a fit about that, would crap fire and brimstone if astate were to ever sell beer to the general admission)

Georgia Dome sells beer, club level VIP area has a bar, and depending on your suite you can order/have what's offered/provided within.

Okay, whomever gave us Daffy Duck is despicable. 03-lmfao

Is it the early, crazy Daffy Duck that goes whoohoo! whoohoo! whoohoo!, or the later one that says it's wabbit season?

That is angry, confrontational Daffy I'd say. My earlier rendition included EKU and CCU. It's over on the "Mythical" thread.
