FPI is horrible. Arkansas is still #29 at 1-3.
EDIT: What they see in MTSU is 2 games scoring 70+ even if it was just Jackson State and Charlotte. That tells me that FPI isn't filtering garbage time like most advanced stats do. Use F/+ and things will look a lot more normal. Usually updated on Monday. http://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/fplus
