This is Phil Steele's overall (and final) experience chart. This chart combines all other experience related charts we've inked to here on sunbeltbbs. I wont list it all in this post. By now, most of us can figure out how to read his chart. With seven SBC teams ranking in the Top half (Top 53 or better to be exact), the SBC should be strong heading into OOC play.
