ATT Uverse and Dish are both available in Arkansas therefore it IS available in Arkansas.

ATT Uverse and Dish are both available in Arkansas therefore it IS available in Arkansas.
Cool, so there are a few people in the state who have it. For a 10pm game no less, so you can rule out a lot of restaurants in town opening up past closing hours to show the game.

Actually if they have ATT or Dish I would expect BWW, J-Town, Upper Crust, Godseys, and Brickhouse to have it. I know a few of those stay open late.
