If you want "good, higher profile" teams to come to play at UNCW, the cost to get a Clemson or a Wake in town is about $75,000. The math won't work really unless used as a loss leader.

Something to consider. Our new Chancellor has close ties with the Chancellor at Clemson and Purdue. Being the businessman he is, I wouldn't be surprised if he worked some sort of deal out.

Heard a rumor that ETSU and UNCW will play this year. Any of ya'll heard that?

I tried to look at the schedule on my phone. Link didn't work so I'm not sure. I don't have access to a real computer for the time being.

Eastern Kentucky is a quality OVC program now on the schedule. They have a new coach and it looks like they lost there 3 top scorers.

Anyone have any insights on the state of things there?

Ha, same here. They released the schedule on Aug 28 last year so it can't be too long before this year's comes out.

The conference schedule being released is kinda anticlimactic. But selfishly thursday home games work much better for me then Wednesday home games so good job caa

One other thing. I like how there is some logic behind the games this year. We get hofstra and northeastern done on one thursday saturday road trip as well as towson delaware. No divisions is not ideal but at least they are trying to make it manageable

Getting 4 of 6 at home down the stretch is quite nice as well!
