Track & Field on Cusp of CAA Championships
Both our men and women's track & field teams had terrific Fridays in Day One of the CAA T&F Championships, being conducted at W&M.

All events today, starting at 12:30 PM, are at Zable.

If the two squads win CAA championships, as looks very possible after Friday, this would give the Tribe 7 CAA Championships in 2014-15 (tennis-2, xcountry-2, men's swimming in the books already).

Throw in the men's basketball regular season CAA Championship and this has been a great year for the athletic program.

RE: Track & Field on Cusp of CAA Championships
Title IX has absolutely killed Men's Track and Field. Only 3 men's teams in the field as compared to 8 women's teams. Ouch. Look for Northeastern to make a run at us today since many of the distance events are finished which are our strength. Hope we are up by enough.
