I have had the same problems. I could vote once every 24 hours and now it tells me my vote has been already counted.

Make sure you cleared your browsing data while not on the voting website.

But, still, what kind of an award is it that depends of supporters of the school jamming the ballot box with votes, legal and not, to advance their star? And, to be honest, why are the fans

Shouldn't this award come from the coaches, the media or a combination of the two?

I'm all for Marcus winning--it sounds great; mid major POY. But who presents award?
