The Ball St vs Bowling Green game is listed on ESPN3. But that's the only one

RE: MAC Tourney: Miami
The home game vs CMU last year was streamed on our site (and of course, on MACDN, which I miss dearly), so I'm guessing it'll be on Eagle All Access again this year.

I don't know if it's just my computer, but I have had a lot of issues with the stream this season. It's worked fine when I watch ESPN3 on there, but Eagle All Access freezes up quite a bit when I watch the games. I've had to resort to listening to WEMU for the last couple games. Hopefully we are one of the schools that goes to ESPN3 next season. This transition has sucked.

We are a 125 - 140 type team.

Only because they don't fit into your beliefs, got it.

All-MAC awards just announced. http://www.mac-sports.com/news/2015/3/9/...52155.aspx

Raven Lee on 3rd-team. Karrington Ward receives honorable mention.

Am I the only one a little surprised that guys like Eric Washington and Devareaux Manley were placed on the second-team over Ray Lee? Come on...

Washington had a very nice all-around season. Tough to argue that one TOO much. But Manley over Raven is an absolute joke.

Manley: 13.6 ppg (32 minutes) on 40% shooting, 2.9 rpg, 0.8 apg
Lee: 16.4 ppg (27 minutes) on 45% shooting, 1.9 rpg, 1.6 apg

What a sham. You can even argue that Lee should be ahead of David Brown, who wasn't as good this year as he was last year. I'm disappointed.

I also would've had Talley as an honorable mention over Ward.

He got slighted, tied for 2nd leading scorer in the MAC come on.

Not to mention Manley is in there essentially as a scorer. Doesn't stand out in terms of ball distribution or rebounding. He's a shooter/scorer, and we have a better, more efficient one.

It's clearly record based. If Lee was on 12-6 Kent State, he would've been 2nd team.

Well, here's to Ray using the MAC tournament as a stage to show those who voted for these awards why they got it wrong.

I think it is your computer. I have no problems with a PC.

I had a friend check on MAC Sagrin ratings last week while discussing MSU and he noted I believe that EMU was 179. By the way I believe Toledo was ranked in the top 100.

Speaking of Raven, he really took some giant steps this year as a player, hopefully he maintains his focus and keeps growing.

Obviously I am hoping for us to win it all this year, but do you guys think we can get a postseason tournament bid like last year? How many MAC tourney wins would we need. I think if we make it to the semis we can get back to the CIT or maybe sneak an NIT bid.

I was wondering the same thing.

NIT is out. The mid majors that go are automatic qualifiers- those regular season conference champions that did not otherwise make the NCAA. The rest seem to be major conferences teams and just a few really good mid majors.

But the CIT again is what I was wondering about. Does EMUs losing record disqualify them? If not, I bet they have to go to the semis again to be considered. Otherwise the 7 MAC schools with better records probably get preferential treatment. Don't think MAC has ever gone 8 deep with tourney bids- or even 7 for that matter.

Indeed. He has gone from potential to have a big game to dependable for a big game. And quite feisty on defense too.

Dear Friends,
Personally I could care less about the CIT, CBI, NBC, or CBS. Since you have to pay to play, forget it.

I think we probably have to win 2 games in the MAC tourney to get a look in the CIT. Our computer numbers were a lot better last year, with a top 100 RPI. But then again, our first round opponent (Norfolk State) didn't exactly have that good of a resume, so who knows.

I think the only disqualifier is an under .500 record. Even when you take out our non-D1 games, we are still 15-12. We shall see.
