ULM still seems to have best schedule remaining to win regular season. Tonight's win guaranteed 1st winning season since I think '07.

Sun Belt selected a good weekend for App to be away. Snow is already ankle deep at my place and wind is howling. Wind chills tonight are projected to be -30 and that's not a typo.

GS beats UALR 72-70 in OT. We were very fortunate to win this one. We were down 7 on the road in regulation with 2 min. left and somehow got the game into OT.

It was 85 here in Southern California today. Will have to readjust to Siberia when I get back on Monday.

Us fouling an 85% foul shooter (Hewitt) on a 3 point shot with 1.7 seconds left helped on that. Of course, our best free throw shooter missing a free throw to leave it at 3 points helped as well. It's why you're 18-5 and we're 10-15. Good teams find a way to win, bad teams find a way to lose.

We've been debating the "foul on the floor" vs. playing "solid defense" decision, when up 3 late, on our board. Our coach never fouls in that situation. I say you do, but with our biggest player on the floor being 6'5" that has risks as well. I guess the only thing we all agreed on is you don't foul an 85% foul shooter shooting a desperation 3 with less than 2 seconds left.
