Not sure if you guys saw this, but W&M is getting some attention in a Connecticut newspaper for the time Jon Stewart (Leibowitz) scored the game winning goal against UConn men's soccer.

RE: Jon Stewart
Quote:"Once John Leibowitz had put them ahead after the Huskies failed to clear an innocuous left side raid in the second minute, the Indians (8-3-2) were content to defend and play the ball to goalkeeper Charlie Smith at every opportunity," the story by Courant staff writer Jerry Trecker reads.

Baaahahaha. It's so ironic that Jon "Leibowitz" Stewart scored a winning goal for a politically incorrect team/mascot.

As if you needed more gasoline for the fire of not wanting me posting over here...

I think most of us here would rather that our nickname be the Indians.

I actually like Tribe better, but I'm a newer fan. It's a unique name, and I like that. I also think it works well for a lot of slogans and stuff (One Tribe, One Family and the like)
