We got absolutely hosed. One of the most one-sided officiated games I've ever seen.

Tribe wins, 56-53. Great back and forth game. WM takes sole possession of first place.

That was all Franklin. He made a few bogus calls. Rest of the officiating didn't look too bad to me.

We got called for ticky tacky BS all game long and they didn't call ANYTHING on W@M even though they hacked everyone who drove the ball to the basket.

UNCW can only blame themselves for losing that game-shot about 25% from the floor and still had a chance to win.I didn't really see amny bad calls either way.The last play of the game was just beyond terrible,not sure they had a plan for the obvious foul situation.They let the ball be inbounded so they could foul of course.You have to quick shoot the 3 ball off the double high pick.Might get lucky and make or get fouled.

FrisbeeGate 2015. All UNCW would have to get to win that last possession was a layup instead of having to get a 3 to tie.

Mullett is dead on here you are not going to beat a church league team shooting 25%

Anybody see that Jackson dunk? I am still mesmerized that that one came out.

Figures you would show up with this BS RIGHT AFTER a tough loss. Always keeping it classy Mullet. I love how you go nearly silent when we're on a win streak and then take your shots at the team as soon as you can after a tough loss.

If I call the TO on the last play it is to shoot the 3 ball but I would say that it appeared UNCW did not know the foul situation or did not plan for it.But if you make 2 layups at any point in the game you win and they had plenty of open shots.

Don't be so damn touchy,UNCW should have won the game I think but you can't turn the other team over 20 plus times and then blow layups on the steal.

That is true. We agree there. Or, if UNCW didn't get hosed on that charge call, or the technical from some jackal throwing something on the court. Too many what ifs.

End of the day, we needed to get it done and we didn't. It's not the end of the world. We're still sitting in a good spot in the conference. At this point, we need to hold serve against NU at home, play the rest of our schedule, hope WM lays another egg, and go to the CAAT confident.

It's not that I'm touchy, I just find it amazing how quiet you are until UNCW loses. Then all of a sudden, you can't get enough. Look man, I usually defend your presence around here. It's just your timing.

The weird part is that I actually saw the same thing happen earlier during another nationally televised game. Like the SAME exact thing. To see it twice in one day is REAAALLY strange.

I did not see the technical but they had to have warned the bench before calling that I think.But they lost by 3 not 2.UNCW outplayed them and lost but I think they beat them next time and I think they will see them again.

LOL. There you go!

The technical was because someone from the student section threw something on the court. It was about 3 min after Keatts was warned. He was warned because UNCW got hosed by referee Franklin after two TERRIBLE calls. Incredibly late calls that were awful. Can't blame Keatts for being upset, and that probably had something to do with the item being thrown on the court.

That being said. If someone throws something on the court, you can't expect the refs to have your team's back after that. That kind of stuff just irritates them.
