Here's what I would do.

1) Ban non-D1 regular season games. If that means that Belt schools play more away games than home games, so be it.
2) Institute minimum funding requirements for the programs.
3) Add NMSU in all sports

Fixing it will also require a better TV deal. Being able to sell to recruits that you will be on tv a few times a year would go a long way. Get whatever outlet we can get, no matter how regional it may be. But get our teams on TV, not just espn3.
