I could use a routine like that outside of what I do at the gym. My GF runs for 20 minutes on the treadmill and then does another 15 on the elliptical. FUUUUUUUUCK THAT! I can WALK 20 minutes on a treadmill lol. But at the park where we used to go before the gym, I could walk/run 4 miles. I hate treadmills. It feels too artificial to me.

I've never had problems losing weight until now. I am 5'10 and was approaching 190. Since then, I have been running several times per week and eating better. I'll get down close to 180 and then one single bad meal and I am back up to 187 and starting over. This has been going on for 3 months. I have been over 200 before and within two months of running back down to 165, which is ideal for me. I got rid of all my 36 inch pants last time I lost the weight and have nothing to wear unless I leave the button open. I'm going to have to ramp up the mileage I guess. Frustrating.

For f*ck's sake dude, I have to do the EXACT same thing with my Levis lol... It is definitely frustrating...

I'm with you on the tread mill but I HATTTTEEEE lifting weights. Right now I'm just trying to lose fat and get my lungs back. I grew up playing a lot of basketball. There's usually about 10-12 guys that play full court early before work. I probably need to mix in some lifting though.

Yeah, treadmills suck and that is probably part of the problem. After about 30 minutes, I'm done so never crank up the mileage. The other problem is I hate the cold. Can't wait until it gets warmer so I can run outside and start cranking out 10-12 milers and watch the gut melt.
