Our old friend Jim Larranaga's Miami Hurricanes just served the "Other Coach K" one of the most lop-sided home losses of his career tonight (90-74), ruining his bid to get to win # 998.

I never liked the guy at GMU but I have to admit I enjoy seeing his success in the ACC, where he gets to face Brownell every season.

Yeah. That was fun to watch. Hated him at GMU, but glad to see him succeed against the big boys.

He is a great coach and a good guy.He schooled Brownell a few times in Trask back in the day.His team is always prepared, play within the game plan and make the team adjust to what they do.Do they always win,of course not but they do compete.

Yep. My dislike for him always came with respect too. Helluva basketball coach.
