Scarbo tries to ask a question at the end of the call, but according to Kellie Rhinehart, the calls aren't equipped for members of the media/public to ask questions..

No fireworks. St John and the pres pro tem were listening in. No comments from anyone , as expected. Anything of importance occurred outside of the assemblage today, which seems to be the MO for the BOT and their committees.

All were from what I heard. She had less than 18 months remaining & it was extended by at least 2 years or 3. Previously stated in an earlier post in this thread.

Ealy used the word - tremendous to explain the great work done by Marla.

Here is my link to the BOT Compensation Committee Teleconference on 1-12-2015.

Agenda was RE: Coaching Contracts for 4 UAB Coaches.

Towards the end, Kevin Scarbinsky tries to ask Watts/Bolton a question but there is some technical difficulty that is explained as they are not set up to ask questions, hmmm.

UAB VP for Financial Affairs Allen Bolton asks for questions from Trustees or Public on each contract though.
