With App State back to its winning ways and UNCC coming into CUSA, the SBC will undoubtedly have the better average attendance next year. Bank on it.

We'll have better attendance and a better product on the field, but we won't have all of Miami tuning in to watch our games on tv like when FIU and FAU play03-yawn

Looking squarely at SBC schools. Because they weren't sure if LU "would bring anything to the conference" and so forth. Because Idaho brings so much more.

App has to travel to Akron in 2016. If they don't turn it around soon, 1 of 2 things could happen.
1. Akron gives up playing football or
2. 50% or more of the fans in their stadium will be App fans, which is not something entirely new...think Elon.

They just built a $62M football stadium...

I wonder how much attendance would be boosted if weekday games were eliminated?.... at this time last year I was really looking forward to attending the ULL and Arkansas State games on a beautiful Saturday night.

How were you going to determine the weighted average except use the number of home games, which is just the same as a straight average it would seem.

In other words, I gave an average of the team averages instead of averaging the attendance of every game played in a CUSA stadium.

That makes sense. I did not realize you were talking weighted conf averages.

I knew they had attendance issues...but man.

That's pathetic considering the amount of wins they've had recently. And didn't they recently announce they're expanding the stadium?

Y'all want all sports, Idaho is only for football and didn't have to transition. Try again.

We're 1-0 against MAC teams that achieved a ranking with StAte's win over Kent State. 07-coffee3

Is that like Atlanta tuning in to watch GaSt and Nashville tuning in to watch WKU and MTSU? The P5's own all of the markets regardless of G5 geographical proximity. Our markets are niche markets and we can increase our share, but it helps if you don't have a blood clot or blue smurf as your mascot.
