Yes. A few hate the hire and think we should have made a "statement hire". I disagree. I think we should hire the best man for the job, not just the guy that makes headlines on day one. Win games. How soon will he start announcing staff hires? any word?

Not sure, but he is retaining three of Troy's "current" staff. All from offense I believe. OC Kenny Edenfield has been retained, though Brown has said he (Brown) will be calling plays.

I would say 9 out of 10 fans love the hire...

Your always going to have a select few question it.

1.2 million dollars for assistant coaches alone is a nice chunk of change.

As of today Troy will have the highest paid Assistants in the conference.
