FSU will be bowl ineligible if they lose to Boise State.

Fresno State is bowl eligible, even if they lose to Boise State and end up 6-7. They won their division and ended up with six wins. They are in.

The rules are being .500 or over not having six wins. I guess they could apply and get a waiver however. ESPN currently doesn't have them as a bowl eligible team for what that's worth.

The MWC voted this past week to ensure that if a school wins their division and is 6-6 they would still get a bowl bid even if they lost the CCG and ended up 6-7. They are in.

What i want to know is how a team can be 6-6 and end up in the championship game in the first place...

Fresno was 5-3 in conference. 3 of their 4 non-conference games were to P5 teams (3 losses). They played 5 divisional games (4-1) and 3 Mountain division games (1-2). It's not their fault their division is pitiful.

CFN

NO Bowl: LaLa vs Fresno St
Camellia: South Al vs Western Michigan
GoDaddy: Astate vs Bowling Green

Nothing for Tx State, granted they have tennessee projected in both the Cactus and the Liberty Bowl. I feel they meant to put Texas State in the cactus bowl.

RE: 11/30 bowl projections
I think I read in another thread Ga Southern was projected to get some High Dollar boosters and make the trip to New Orleans to watch the Cajuns play.

Hell, they might even be projected to learn how to make a city love it's fan base and actually want the school to participate in it's bowl and spend money in it's city. That may be a stretch, now that I think about it.

So do I. I'm really looking forward to the setup in Montgomery.
