Honestly why count scanned tickets? Why not count tickets sold? I mean if the NCAA is going to make an issue of the 15,000 average home attendance it makes sense for schools to count tickets sold doesn't it?

this isn't directed at you skully, so don't take it personally, but I am really tired of hearing that excuse. If we can't get some damn scanners to work like every other school in the nation, I don't know what to think.

I say we outsource our ticket scanning to teams that know how to get good numbers out of them.

I really don't care how they count them or announce them. As long as the players get the crowd experience, its a fun environment, and it looks respectable.

it wont matter this year because of the MSU game, but going forward, we better care if we're going to keep counting less than 15k consistently
