I've made up a quick Player Efficiency Rating spreadsheet. I'll post the information, if I have time later.

Thanks for that link Jonsing. I used a formula that I found on the web and simply put it into a spreadsheet without normalization. Most of my values are biased low between 10 and 20%, but not consistently an exact percentage low. That implies that there's a bit more to it regarding normalization, if these values are correct (universally accepted). Regardless, thanks again and maybe I can simply just look at this site, if I care to look at PER's this year. BTW...I also got negative values for some of these players, but wasn't sure whether that was typically reported. When you're less than zero, it's not a good thing.
