So enraging and corrupt
I've seen posters write that they'll follow whatever school lands Clark if we drop football. With Penn St and Jameis and Jimbo/Callaway and the OCS and the BCS and ESPN and the P5...

I've been fighting it, but if football is kneecapped or trashed I may never watch a college sporting event again in my life. Just disgusting.

I've thought the same. I don't think I could ever watch another game without being reminded of corruption, greed, malice, and cowardice. I think professional sports might even be over. I'd save so much money and grief. It might be the best thing that ever happened to me? But I know I'd miss my Blazers.

I don't know what I'd do. If football is killed, part of me would want to boycott games until Watts and Mackin are gone.

I contemplated the very same thing as I was driving home from work on the interstate this evening. Although I wanted to leave a light on for Coach Clark if he moves on elsewhere, especially if it a university somewhere in this state, yes, I will be rooting for that man and whatever team he endeavors to lead ... If UAB drops the football team, I'm done with college football...College sports, period. Definitely done with UAB. Does anyone besides me feel as betrayed by Mackin and Watts as Coach Clark may be right now? Even if all ends somewhat well and the team is spared the guillotine (for now) can any of us say that we can trust these guys ever again? I mean, to some degree, damage was done by their omission of public support, right?

Neither do I. Sick of these analysts and media tools gushing over "how great" this system is...They've monopolized (a polite euphemism for hijacked) the national championship, all the while, shutting out completely, teams from 5 other Division 1A conferences, from consideration...Absolutely revolting!

They've been a part of my DNA since Coach Bartow arrived...Can't just erase all that hard work and passion, all of those memories, wiped out by a (bleeping) mad man & his band of jolly brown-nosers!

If UAB football is killed, I'm done with college athletics as well. Our basketball program was killed by Davis. When they drop the football program, we won't be invited to a respectable basketball conference. Tired of thinking about what should've/would've/could've been.

I will not go near a UAB sporting event of any kind if Football is killed and these two are still around. They'll have my Gold Card the next day after the announcement of the execution.

#Truth! I am gradually weaning myself away from them, too. I can't stand "Sportscenter" anymore, such arrogance, tabloid drama and obnoxious, annoying commentaries. I've stopped watching "College Gameday" entirely!

When you support an athletic program besieged by dream killers and *** kissers, this is sadly the end result...
