I think that Penn State withdraw from the Big 10 and join the Big East.
They should be playing Boston College, Connecticut, Notre Dame, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Syracuse, Temple, and West Virginia not Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Northwestern, Ohio State, Purdue and Wisconsin.

There's no way that Penn State can join the BigEast until the FB and nonFB schools split.... once that happens then it's a possibility, and the circumstances could be quite different.
