Not to get ahead of ourselves, but when was the last time a SBC team went undefeated in conference?

I will admit they are better than us, and we had them beat.

ULL is less of a test than Georgia Tech. That's not an insult. Nobody outside of SouthWestern Louisiana would disagree with that. The only reason any of us feel obligated to bring it up is the smug-ish attitude that our awesome season counts less because we didn't beat you too.

Our fist year in the FBS has already been more successful than the VAST majority of preceding examples. Anybody trying to take away from it threatened or jealous.

Ugghhhh - Christ - Southern Georgia fans aren't even fun to banter with, can't wait until they have to go into hibernation after they lose to ULM in front of the 8,000 Duck Dynasty fans in Monroe, and then we don't have to worry about hurting anybody's feelings until they wake up next September.

Not sure why any Cajuns would come and trash talk this win. Especially since they nearly lost to GaSt. It was an ugly, gritty win. Wins like this sometimes make a team better.

Well I think your season means what ever you want it to mean unless you made the schedule it not your fault we don't play. People tried to down play our season last year because we lost the last two games and shared with a team we beat, I didn't care I new what the season meant to us. congrats again.

I agree look at where we went after our victory over GaSt

The Tx st game was never in doubt. They had to get an onside kick and TD to get it to single digits. They played a solid game on D.

He asked a straight up question, I gave a straight up answer. Nobody is offended. And only losing one conference game won't make any of us unhappy. You think a single one of us was expecting a friggin title in our first year? I wouldn't be shocked at all if ULM beats us. We already had a great year in a conference we are happy to be in.

Could happen...we almost found a way to lose to the Bob Kitties...We played not to lose rather than play to win and as a result got our a$$ whipped in every productive category other than the scoreboard.

First off, I loved and still love the addition of Georgia Southern. I love they are having a good year which is good for our conference, but man their fan's arrogance is almost unbearable. Act like you've won before.
