Yeah, but they wouldn't "let" him get killed. The bad thing is that the Secret Services' standards have fallen off since moving to Homeland Security. Treasury used to treat them as their own island and the head of the Secret Service pretty much answered directly to the President with the authority to override even POTUS in some situations. Now HS wants to subjugate SS to them as a "police force" and the result is the head of the SS has more people in the way of his direct control of POTUS security. Keep an eye out for a convertible being added to the Cadillac One fleet.....................

You do realize that if he were to be killed while they are protecting him that the next President is likely to completely remove all agents protecting the President, right?

No agent is going to allow the person they are protecting to be killed. It would be a disgrace to them.

i am just concerned that the most respected and squeaky clean agency in our govt. has such disdain for this administration.

I would safely say that if something bad were to happen to the president, it most likely would be from a middle east group or a communist leaning group. They have the wherewithal and temperament to pull it off. And it probably would be pulled off overseas or at the UN.
