Difference being y'all expected us to come into the conference and well be y'all and we came into the conference expecting to be us, one of those teams is 5-2 and the other is 1-6 against basically the same level of competition. The schedule is what it is and our next game is always our biggest, and what we are learning it will take our best effort every week, y'all are now our biggest game because you are next. Give us some respect for the program we are today and our aspirations of getting better and we may just give you some respect for the program that you can become.

We play the schedules that are given to us, we have made the most of it, we can still go 5-7 or 10-2 a lot of football to play and the margins are very thin, but we are a solid program with a solid base and talent, and will continue to get better. We've heard we don't have the depth, speed and talent to win in this league. I do not think GAST would be 5-2 with our schedule and quite possibly you'd still be 1-6 with a win over SSU as GAST has not demonstrated that they are capable of winning SBC games yet. Has GAST shown improvement? yes, but y'all haven't demonstrated the ability to close a close game. We expect your best shot in two weeks and hopefully you'll get ours and we can settle the debate right then and there. We have demonstrated that we can win in this league and that we belong.
