Huge parking lot that reaches to about 1/3 mile walk from the stadium. They were only using part of it for the game. Was raining all day with it in the upper 50s, so that killed their tailgating, as it would most anywhere.
Their brand new stadium lists a capacity of 8500. The home side is technically double decked, probably seats about 7k. Very nice looking press & coaches boxes.

AU is similar to Maine in that it has a very nice home side in the 8k range with High Schoolish visitors sides. Visitor side probably seats the remaining 1500ish. Yeah, the attendance was horrible, but a lot of that had to do with the rain. 3,284 attendance was very generous even if you counted every breathing soul inside the stadium. Was probably more like 1K+ during the 1st half when raining, with many of them trying to cram under the covered portion between their 2 decks, and maybe 2k+ during the 2nd half after the rain had stopped.
When I got to my seats about 5-10 min before kickoff were only about 3 doz JMU fans. More trickled in during the 1st half and for the 2nd half (the rain had stopped but the wind had really picked up) there might have been about 100. Throw in maybe a few Albany fans and non affiliates on the visitor side and there were I'm guessing maybe 150 on the visitor's side by the second half. What sucks is I'm assuming most of the streaming footage was facing the away side, not the home side that's literally 5 times as big & probably had 10-15x the amount of people. Nice bathroom facilities on the home side, port o potties on the visitor's.
Similar capacity to the Ticks, but it beats their stadium, and half the other CAA stadiums for the simple fact of no track around the field. (Off the top of my head there's 6 with no tracks- JMU, UD, Albany, SBU, Elon, URI).
