Nah. It will actually in the long run keep the people on both sides from posting garbage to just outrage the other side (of which both extreme ends were doing on a daily basis). That is why it was created and that is what it will take care of.

GIGO - Garbage In, Garbage Out. Removing the garbage going in will take care of the garbage coming out. Pretty simple.

I'm not changing anything to do with definition. A true conservative is socially and fiscally conservative. You are socially conservative, but not fiscally. If you were you would not support the Republican party, even if they are the lesser of 2 evils in your eyes. They are overspending big government politicians just the same as the Democrats, they just want to spend the money in different ways.
