Well, Montana State is one of the top 15 teams in FCS this year. UAPB is not.

There's a world of difference there. MEAC and SWAC teams should be D2 or lower.

Ehh. They're better than your average MEAC team for sure, but they were last year too. They killed FIU 34-13 last year and then got blown out in the first round of the playoffs by Coastal Carolina (42-24).

I don't think a MEAC team has won a playoff game since 2001.
