I'm sure all of you will be happy with my decision but I am tired of the constant insanity that abounds in the EMU Eagles Nest portion of the CSNBBS forum. After refreshing my memory, thanks to my brother in-law, about the Harkema years, I have decided to refrain from visiting and/or posting until Coach Creighton has had a real chance to get his recruits in the system and coach them. Jim Harkema's first team went 1-10 and did not have a winning season until his fourth year as head coach, when EMU went 6-5. You will notice that the winning record coincides with Harkema recruited players being juniors and seniors on the team. We all know what happened in 1987.

Have fun beating the hell out each other fellas. I'll check back in three years when we'll have a better idea of what kind of a coach Creighton is - both in terms of coaching ability and recruiting ability.
