Thought one side didn't have the double deck.

Yeah but the non decked side has the press box and suites on it and there's no evidence of them in that pic. I would think it's from after the 2012 game most likely.

Believe you are correct. See a lot of people to the top right and a lot of the
back of those stands and do not see a press box or suites.
