week, who would you nominate for that from this week? Games of 9/13/2014.
Get with it Sun Belt and add this to your Players of the Week.

I plan to do a poll after we get the nominations.
Only one per school, unless extreme circumstances.
Nominations close 8 PM CT , Tuesday , September 16th.

Remember:
One player nomination per school.
If two have to be included may divide the votes for the other player.
Include stats for the player nominated, and make sure the stats are accurate. Don't guess about stats.
Try to include things appropriate like number of rushes, or passes,
# passes completed or received, yards, # of TDs, additional accomplishments, # of tackles or sacks.

Congratulations to Larry Rose III of NMSU who had 149 rushing yards and 2 TDs last week as our first unofficial Sun Belt Freshman of the Week - for Week 1 - week of 8/30/2014. Sounds like he had a heck of a game, especially to be his first college football game.

I would like to point that Ramsby came in as a QB and moved to RB because of depth. This is big considering he switched positions and he is sharing time with Breida. We have 2 other converted QBs playing on defense also.

For Arkansas State

Redshirt Freshman Johnston White had 14 carries for 83 yards and a touchdown against Miami.

Not sure we had any freshmen play or, at least, have any significant playing time or stats. I'll check when I get home from work.
