Yeah, it's been kind of embarrassing as a Cane fan.

41-20 Final. Glad that's over with.

We've got a lot of work to do, but the good news is its our level opponents from here on out. Big chance at an OOC Victory with Utah State coming to town next week.

Arkansas State has a lot of work to do.

You all looked pretty bad (comparatively) for most of the game but there were some good plays that had me shaking my head. There's potential, but Miami just over-matched stAte just about everywhere. I was beyond livid following the "throw down" penalty earlier. Didn't really warrant an ejection IMO but it was probably one of the dumbest and most frustrating things I've seen the team do this year. Whoever that was should be disciplined internally and suspended for a half, at least. I hope Al Golden just about ripped his head off after that play, and my guess is he probably did.

Hope any ASU fans that made the trip down had a good time. Saw a good contingent but didn't get to meet any as I was on the field/sideline for most of the game. Go Canes, and hope stAte has some success this year. Thanks for coming down to south Florida.

Also, the crowd was pretty loud. I was there and on the side for a lot of it and I was impressed by the amount of noise coming from the slightly smaller crowd than last week (it rained here, again, this week... ugh).

Out of synch. No flow. Herky jerky. Similar to how we looked early on the last couple of years.

Miami took advantage nearly every time and did what they needed to do. Some of the "thuggish" was just playing hard.

The ACC officials didn't seem to be the brightest guys.

Our thing these days is looking like crap the first 3 games of the year, than suddenly waking up right around league play and running through the conference.

Utah State is very beatable, but they have looked much better today leading Wake Forrest by 15. Wake sucks by the way.

It was Ron Cherry as head ref. Enough said? Enough said. Lord have mercy I hope we never have him again.

I agree that the "thuggish" style is playing hard, and that's a rep that Miami has been trying to get back (but in a 'good' way). Fans like it and did today.

Oh, and Wake is horrendous. They and Vanderbilt are probably the worst P5 teams out there.

Loved the asu player faking a heart attack on the fake punt. Can't stop watching the replay on it.

I hate that Ferguson missed the wide open receiver on that play. We'd be seeing highlights of that forever had it worked.
