Bad calls can definitely swing the momentum.

refs haven't been all bad, we got away with a blatant hold on that long Howard run.

The delayed hand off to the RB only works if you have a QB that will run it effectively. Running it the way we are is only giving their defense line more time to get in the back field to tackle for a loss.

I like the fact it's obvious this team has pride and isn't quitting. BIG improvement from last year.

Agreed. But a call/no call can kill a team's momentum or keep it going, depending on when it happens. That no call on the face mask would have sustained our drive. Instead it turned into a 3 and out and out defense was in a much needed rest.

Just saw a wide shot of the Vandy stadium. There are more Ole Miss fans there -- by far -- than Vandy fans.

Momentum was killed in two plays in the second half. The bigger of the two was the blocked punt right out of the half. The second play, right or wrong call, was the offensive pass interference.

Damn. Somebody get JJ a new tube of stickum.
