Marcus & his team move on to the prestigious Kenner summer league championship game tomorrow. I didn't see it, but apparently Marcus put the team on his back down the stretch and finished with 20 points.

Marcus' team took home the pro-am championship leaving many in attendance impressed. Hopefully this carries over into a history making senior year.
Derrell Bouknight tweeted:
"Team Oohhs and Aahhs wins the #KennerLeague title by the score of 93-86. Marcus Thornton led the charge, scoring at ease throughout."

Congrats to Marcus! Here's to breaking the curse of the Final Five.

Awesome, thanks! It is going to be a fun season to watch. I didn't realize he was going to break the scoring record. If they make the Big Dance I could see his jersey getting put up in the rafters.
