Is Thad Matta a good hire for tOSU?

I would have preferred Bobby Knight, but Thad Matta is an excellent hire.

There were definitely some better candidates out there, I would have liked to see Jim Clemons come back and coach the Buckeyes. But Matta will do fine.

If what he did with XU, especially in the tourney last year is any indication then yes he will do well in Columbus.

Matta is a great coach who will be a great fit in the big 10. Andy Geiger always seems to come out of bad situations smelling like roses. Good luck to buck ballers
