It's hard to take this guy seriously when he didn't list E Payton last year and doesn't have Shawn Long on this year's list. Even more comical is that he uses Hunter's stat line "against" Payton as reason he's on this year's list.

And everyone gets better after their sophomore year? I don't think anyone is hating on baby Hunter. I was just commenting on the poor selection of this list.

Nope, just this so called "scout" who didn't consider Payton a top 50 player last year. Yet, the folks in the nba thought he was top ten pick. But this guy is probably a better evaluator than the front office guys in the nba.
