Both Stanford's Shaw and Northwestern's Fitzgerald are over the $2M mark.

I suppose that similar information would be in Rice's tax return.

Tulane's Curtis Johnson was bumped to ~$1.2MM annually following last season's success and the move to the AAC.

SMU is paying June Jones $2MM.

Vandy's Derek Mason is supposedly >$2MM.

We're getting a pretty good bargain in Bailiff for the time being. If the comp group is FBS privates, he's on the low end. If the comp group is current CUSA, he's on the high end. The school should begin to prepare itself to be comfortable with the reality of paying the head football coach ~$1MM+ annually, in order to remain competitive going forward.

This is a pretty good site for monitoring coach salaries (as well as hotseat-ness): http://coacheshotseat.com/CoachesHotSeatRanking.htm

Actually IIRC the bulk if not all of June Jones salary is paid by the group of boosters who brought him to SMU. That has been part of the problem with those that wanted to make a switch the last couple of years. There is a similar arrangement with Larry Brown's salary.
