When the Sun Belt gets to the point that most folks don't see it as a "gimme game", then we can start moving up the list.

Even with the success that ULM, the Cajuns, stAte, & Troy have had... we aren't at that point. Like the guy above me said... USA, Texas State, the Georgia Twins, App, NMSU & Idaho need to make sure that they are winning OOC games on a regular basis, limit the bodybag games, and get some high profile wins.

A few of our programs consider themselves above most CUSA schools. Ask our AD who he considers peer schools from other conferences, and he doesn't mention a single CUSA school in that list.

If App and the two Georgia schools continue to develop like most seem to agree they are capable of, those snide comments will pretty much vanish entirely.

We're already making significant progress by simply getting USA, Troy, and ULM recognized with our top two as other growing programs.
