The inconsistency has annoyed us all at times. Our football helmets are closer to the brown-gold and the feathers and basketball court are more of a yellow-gold. Also, IIRC, silver is one of our colors and we never use it.

I believe they call it "old gold." Brown gold sounds awful.

The color used by football is Vegas Gold.

I believe so.

The official colors are green, gold and silver.

I don't know why the school seems to condone so much yellow. Most schools are extremely conscious of these things.
