Don't get me wrong. I am very proud of what he has done and is doing. Just pointing out that the headbutt thing is not a new tradition and sharing that it is one very dear to the hearts of GS fans. Did not mean to steal his thunder or any disrespect. Oh and, obviously I care.

I don't think anybody said Whitt was the first person to do that. It was a cool article. You could have just as easily said that Erk would do the same thing, but you didn't need to go into posting pictures and links and saying he was the first to do it.

I had the honor of meeting Coach Russell at the National Coaches Convention back in the 1980's. We talked Defense for about an hour....great man.
